•  Manage overall hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
•  Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
•  Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control
•  Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
•  Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff; maintain high morale and productivity.
•  Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related

field.

•  Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator, CHIA, or local

equivalents) are a plus.

•  Minimum 7 to 10 years of hotel management experience, preferably in midrange or

budget hotels.

•  Proven track record in staff management, financial management, and guest services.
•  Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills.

•  Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS, POS systems). Strong financial

acumen and problem-solving abilities.

•  Willingness to relocate and work in Papua New Guinea
•  Work experience in the hotel industry is required
•  Experience in PNG or Pacific Island hospitality is highly advantageous.
