Job Description

  • Handling full set of accounts of manufacturing and property account.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of accurate/complete and up-to-date monthly account, staff claims and various report.
  • To lead and manage a team of staff for efficient running of finance and accounting functions and maintain high quality of work.
  • Handling of accounts receivable, account payable, bank reconciliation and general accounting and finance functions.
  • Handling budgeting, forecasting, analyses and related tasks.
  • Prepare financial management reports.
  • Dealing with auditor, tax agents, company secretary, consultants and regulatory authorities. 
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording an analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Follow up with creditors debtors and intercompany on major disputes or queries on the accounts.
  • Review monthly financial records, accounting schedule and all other relevant reports and highlights irregularities to senior management and/or take corrective actions.
  • Review creditors and debtors aging and follow up with staff on credits control.
  • Review monthly budget against actual cost spent and highlight deviation to senior management for corrective action.
  • Job functions allocations, delegations and review
  • Liaise with bankers, company secretaries, tax agent and auditors.
  • Prepare year end budget in linen with company objectives.
