We are a well-established and expanding beauty company, known for delivering expert treatments and exceptional client care across multiple centres in Peninsular and East Malaysia. 

If you are dynamic, experienced to lead, coach and inspire our beauty team. In this key role, you will need to do: 

• Guide beauticians in delivering excellent consultations and treatments.
• Lead and coach beautician to deliver consultation experiences and expert treatment provide to the clients.
• Lead impactful training programs (theory + hands-on)
• Manage onboarding, refresher, and skill-upgrading schedules
• Conduct engaging public presentations and management reports
• Support staff development through regular follow-ups and evaluation.
• Drive service quality, sales confidence, and team motivation through your training program 
• Ensure all treatment protocols and standards are consistently followed.
• Travelling to centre (Klang Valley or outstation) to coach the Beauticians.

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• SKM/CIBTAC/CIDESCO, certificate or diploma in beauty field is an added advantage.
• MUST HAVE MIN 3 years of training experience in Beauty industry.
• Possess good communication skill in English & Mandarin.
• Hands-on experience and able to demonstrate treatments.
• Able to assess and improve customer results (body & facial treatment).
• Able to suggest new treatment ideas in a plus.
• Understand and coach skincare equipment usage.
• Knowledgeable in facial and body care.
• Willing to travel outstations or work weekends when required.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills, presentations and public speaking skills.
• Good knowledge of the treatment programs and protocols.
• Knowledge of MS Power Point.
• Possess own transport.
