**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
Platform Growth Strategy
You'll create and oversee strategies aimed at expanding Mediaworks' social and digital platforms, focusing on audience reach, brand visibility, monetization, and commercial impact. This involves determining suitable content formats for specific platforms, developing audience retention strategies, and translating platform growth into tangible business results.
You won't merely uphold the status quo; you will actively seek out opportunities to attract new audiences, experiment with new formats, and optimize our platforms for the brands and advertisers we serve.
Brand & Campaign Support
You will collaborate with the strategy team to design and implement brand and marketing campaigns across the Mediaworks network. This entails contributing to campaign briefs, managing timelines, coordinating between teams, and ensuring that the output is polished, consistent with the brief, and timely.
As you gain experience, you'll assume greater responsibility, leading smaller projects from inception to completion and contributing a clear perspective to larger initiatives.
Research & Audience Insight
You will assist in gathering and organizing audience insights that underpin our strategic choices. This may involve compiling market research, analyzing competitor activities, monitoring platform trends, or formatting data for broader team accessibility. Over time, you'll develop an intuition for data interpretation and the confidence to express your insights.
Content & Brand Consistency
You will aid the team in maintaining consistency for Mediaworks' brands across all touchpoints—from pitch presentations to social media content to client-facing documents. Your keen eye will help identify when something seems off-brand, and you won't hesitate to address it.
Cross-team Coordination
You will facilitate collaboration among editorial, sales, social, and creative teams, helping to align strategic plans with actual production. Effective communication and diligent follow-through are essential in this aspect of the role.
Performance Tracking
You will contribute to monitoring and reporting on the performance of campaigns, platforms, and brands by compiling data, identifying trends, and enhancing the team's understanding of what is successful and what requires adjustment.
