Job Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company's hiring strategy by identifying and attracting top talent.

Job Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Create and publish job advertisements across leading recruitment platforms and social media channels.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, JobStreet, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.

Professional level of English (spoken and written).

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
