Job Description

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
  • Organize company events
  • Coordinate with necessary department to carry out tasks
  • Manage general departmental administrative activities
  • Handle printing and collating work
  • Provide support to upper management 
  • Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets and information
  • Managing calendar as well as associated operations.
  • Providing daily support in all office administration activities.
  • Managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
  • Prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Arrange the order of products with suppliers accordingly
  • Facilitate monthly payments 
  • Managing stock control and sufficient
  • Prepare necessary documents for audit purpose
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks (i.e. invoicing and budget tracking)

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or HR roles
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Meticulous and skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Quick to learn new concepts and skills
  • Fluent in Malay and English (knowledge of Mandarin is a plus)
  • Skilled in office applications (Microsoft Word and Autocount software)
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in tasks
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to perform under pressure
