Get hands-on experience in what it takes to build a brand.

Join the MEDICOS team and work closely with our Brand team across a dynamic scope of brand marketing—from creative development and communications to brand strategy, campaigns and events.

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to real projects, see how ideas become campaigns and products, and build strong foundation for your early career in marketing and brand management.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Brand and campaign development: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Creative and content: Help develop creative briefs, brainstorm ideas, and coordinate marketing materials for digital, social media and retail channels.
• Brand communications: Assist with copywriting, social content, influencer collaborations and PR activities.
• Research and strategy: Explore consumer insights, market trends and competitor activities to support brand planning and new product ideas.
• Events and activations: Support event preparation, logistics and on-ground execution for launches, retail activations and consumer engagement.
• Project coordination: Work with internal teams and external partners to track timelines, organise materials and keep projects moving.
• Campaign learning: Help compile results, feedback and observations to identify opportunities for future improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing final semester degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
• Curious about brands, consumer behaviour and how marketing influences everyday choices.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn through hands-on work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, attentive and comfortable managing multiple tasks with guidance.
• Collaborative and willingness to participate in on-ground events.
• Familiarity with social media, Canva or basic content creation tools is an advantage.
