Senior / Brand Manager, e'lioe
We are looking for a commercially driven Brand Manager to champion the brand’s 360° marketing and demand generation strategy.
e’lioe is a fast-growing natural skincare brand specializing in dry and sensitive skin solutions. Built around time-tested and scientifically studied ingredients like Laurel Berry Oil, Olive Oil and Argan Oil, we are expanding across retail, digital, and experiential channels.

Role Overview
The Brand Manager will lead brand growth across digital, retail, and on-ground activations. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution skills.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Creative and Retail partners to drive consumer demand, strengthen brand positioning, and deliver revenue and P&amp;L targets. 2 subordinates will be reporting into this role.

Key Responsibilities
1️. Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning
<ul>
<li>Champion e’lioe’s brand positioning, messaging, and communication framework.</li>
<li>Develop annual brand plans aligned with revenue goals.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency across packaging, digital assets, retail visuals, and campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to sharpen brand differentiation.</li>
</ul>

<li>Consumer Demand Generation</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lead 360° integrated marketing campaigns (digital + retail + activation).</li>
<li>Develop campaign concepts, messaging hierarchy, and launch toolkits.</li>
<li>Lead new launch planning and go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li>Oversee &amp; collaborate with Digital Marketing on performance-led campaigns to increase awareness, consideration, and conversion.</li>
<li>Optimize campaign ROI through data-driven decisions.</li>
</ul>
3️. Retail &amp; On-Ground Activation
<ul>
<li>Champion retail kiosk setup, merchandising concepts, and consumer experience.</li>
<li>Drive in-store activations, sampling programs, and experiential marketing.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales for retail campaigns (Watsons, pharmacies, etc.).</li>
<li>Ensure brand presence stands out in store/ on shelf.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
4. Revenue &amp; P&amp;L Ownership
<ul>
<li>Co-own revenue targets and brand P&amp;L with Sales team.</li>
<li>Drive pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies to optimise profitability.</li>
