The right candidate will have procurement expertise in the medical device industry and the ability to work cross-functionally with business development and management team.&nbsp;

Responsibilities

<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with business development team, customers and vendors to develop new products and bring new products to the market or redesign the products to achieve cost competitiveness.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Lead project and influence different functions to achieve goals, assure result accomplish and deliver on time.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Know the potential quality risk, know how to improve product cost - increase production efficiency, re-engineering, material changing, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>&nbsp;Approaches tasks and projects in a streamlined manner; applied knowledge of processes, product, and resources to minimize rework and maximize efficiency.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

 2. Vendor Management 
• Build and maintain collaborative business relationship with vendors; Understand each vendor impact on overall business and product category;&nbsp;
• Proactively be aware of potential changes with vendors or in related manufacturing industry.&nbsp;
• Keep challenging existing vendor pool, identify high potential vendors, source risk mitigation plan.&nbsp;
• Monitors contract compliance.&nbsp;
• Leads supplier score card process.&nbsp;
