Roles and Responsibilities
Invoice preparing, documentation & monitor payment from customer. (Accounts Receivable).
Enter financial transactions into internal database,
Perform reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable),
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as and when given from time to time,
Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma
Willing to learn, have initiative and a self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) , Accounting software, Auto Count is added advantage
High level of accuracy
Able to join immediately will be great
Working days : Monday - Friday
Working hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
