• Provide support in customer service
• Conduct research and gather data as needed
• Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies alongside events
• Assist with admin tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Currently in the final year of degree program or a recent graduate of Business, E-commerce or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
