The MEDICOS brand was established in 1991, in the manufacturing hub of Klang, Malaysia.&nbsp;
We have been producing face masks for over 30 years and we’re one of the world’s leading pioneers of making single-use medical grade face masks. Avian Flu, SARS, H1N1, Ebola, and most recently COVID-19, we were there all along.&nbsp;&nbsp;

MEDICOS E-Commerce is known for it's 5-Star rated service, with 99% positive store ratings. In this role, you will play an integral part in maintaining MEDICOS's 5-Star customer service, by providing excellent pre and post-purchase service.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer queries on E-commerce sales platforms regarding products &amp; services.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional post-purchase service (Resolve customers inquiries and complaints)</li>
<li>Fulfil day-to-day E-commerce orders</li>
<li>Supervise New/Part-time employees</li>
<li>Use customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of customer experience</li>
<li>Identify and implement changes to existing or new processes to provide excellent customer experience</li>
<li>Actively collaborate and participate in promotions to drive sales</li>
</ul>
