Role Description

Please note, if you are applying as an intern, you will be given 3 months remote training 4hrs per day and you will be given opportunities for full time at Meeedly subjected to meeting with eligibility criteria.

This is a contract remote role for an Account Manager - Client Success in the APAC region. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement with Meeedly solutions. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, providing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring adoption of platform features. The role involves analyzing client feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client success.

Qualifications

  • Client Management: Strong skills in relationship building, client onboarding, and client satisfaction management.
  • Analysis and Strategy: Ability to analyze client needs, conduct feedback reviews, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Communication and Support: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address client inquiries and offer timely support.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with productivity and scheduling tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar software.
  • Experience: Background in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Flexibility: Availability to adapt to clients’ schedules in the APAC time zones, with a focus on seamless remote collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
