About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Senior Executive to join our kindergarten team. You will be responsible for promoting our school, engaging with parents, and supporting student enrolment through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role combines creativity, people skills, and business awareness to help grow our kindergarten community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Enrolment

  • Handle enquiries from parents (calls, walk-ins, emails, social media).
     
  • Conduct school tours and explain programmes to prospective parents.
     
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into student enrolments.
     
  • Build strong relationships with parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
     

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase visibility and enrolments.
     
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and online engagement.
     
  • Design or coordinate marketing collaterals (posters, brochures, digital ads).
     
  • Support events such as open days, workshops, and community outreach programmes.
     
  • Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and enrolment data.
     

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
     
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in education industry is a plus).
     
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage warmly with parents.
     
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
     
  • Comfortable with social media marketing and basic digital tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Ads, Google Workspace).
     
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
     
  • Own transport is preferred (for school events and outreach).
