Position Overview: The Event Management Intern will support our event planning team in various aspects of event coordination, logistics, and execution. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to the success of our events.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers. Help in creating event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Logistics Management: Support the logistics team in coordinating transportation, accommodations, and other logistical aspects of events. Assist in managing inventory and supplies.
  • Vendor and Client Relations: Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to gather information, confirm details, and ensure smooth execution of events. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in creating marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns for events. Help with outreach efforts to increase event visibility and attendance.
  • On-site Event Support: Provide on-site assistance during events, including setup, registration, guest management, and teardown. Ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining event records. Help with post-event evaluations and reporting.
