Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Event Admin to support our events team with administrative and operational tasks. The role involves managing communications, coordinating with clients and vendors, and assisting in the planning and execution of events to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
     
  • Maintain and update event databases, client records, and vendor lists.
     
  • Assist with event coordination, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics.
     
  • Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone for follow-ups, confirmations, and information requests.
     
  • Support the team during event preparation and execution.
     
  • Prepare basic reports, quotations, and invoices as needed.
     
  • Assist in post-event follow-ups and reporting.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent work experience.
     
  • 1–3 years of experience in admin, events, or customer service roles preferred.
     
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English; additional languages a plus).
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
     
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
     
  • Comfortable making calls and liaising with clients and vendors.
     
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy event periods.
     
  • Positive, proactive, and a team player.
