Location: Ara Damansara

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and on-ground events. This role involves hands-on event management as well as preparing professional proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring smooth operations and accurate costing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish
     
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and event documentation for clients
     
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
     
  • Create event schedules, checklists, and logistical plans
     
  • Support event setup, on-site management, and teardown
     
  • Monitor event progress and resolve issues as they arise
     
  • Maintain inventory and records related to events
     
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotion when needed
     
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Events Manager
     

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
     
  • Prior experience in events, roadshows, or exhibitions is an advantage
     
  • Excellent skills in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic budgeting
     
  • Must have own laptop for work
     
  • Must have own transport and able to travel to Ara Damansara office and event locations
     
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, late nights, or public holidays when required
     
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
     
  • Good communication, client management, and interpersonal skills
     
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
