As a builder on our creative team you will create scalable templates, motion assets and event collateral that let the rest of the team move faster and execute with confidence. This role is hands-on and collaborative, and you will see your work used immediately at events and campaigns.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan design timelines and deliverables for each event, coordinating with producers to meet deadlines and budget limits.
• Manage multiple requests and version control so assets are production-ready for print and digital distribution.
• Maintain organised file systems and asset libraries so the team can find final artwork quickly.

Creative Production

• Design event branding, signage, backdrops and digital templates that follow brand guidelines and production constraints.
• Create short motion graphics and edits for social and on-site screens using supplied footage and assets.
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors to ensure colours, sizes and materials match specifications.

Event Collateral & On-site Support

• Support set-up by checking artwork placement and resolving last-minute visual issues with vendors or production teams.
• Quickly adapt designs on-site when scale or layout changes are required, keeping visual consistency intact.
• Collect post-event feedback and asset usage notes to improve templates and workflows for future events.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong preference for event or agency work.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience in event collateral.
• Proven portfolio showing branding, print materials and motion or edited video used for events.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Preferably, experienced in video editing workflows and output formats suitable for on-site screens and social channels.
• Knowledgeable about print production, file prep, colour management and vendor handoff processes.
• Familiarity with event production constraints and the ability to design within real-world stage and signage limits.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate clearly with producers and vendors to turn brief requirements into polished deliverables.
• Work calmly under tight timelines and adapt to last-minute changes on-site during events.
• Show strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving visual and technical problems.
• Collaborate openly within a small team and accept feedback to improve assets and processes.
