Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Management Intern to join our events team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various scales. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world exposure in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor communication.
   
• Support the team in venue setup, registration, and on-site coordination.
   
• Help prepare event materials, such as signage, programs, and presentations.
   
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
   
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for events.
   
• Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection.
   
• Manage social media updates or promotional content related to events (optional).
   

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
   
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.
   
• Own transport to travel to event sites is preferred.
   
• Own laptop for planning, reporting, and communication tasks.
   
• Previous experience in event coordination or volunteering at events is a plus.
