Job Description
- Develop seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and collection stories for intimate apparel, lingerie, loungewear, and lifestyle products.
- Create product layouts, colour palettes, naming conventions, and article code structures for new collections.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production-ready tech packs.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, and construction details that meet design and commercial requirements.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams throughout the product development process.
- Ensure consistency in design language, fit, colourways, and brand presentation across all collections.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitor developments to drive innovation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial apparel design.
- Experience in intimate apparel, lingerie, or loungewear is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behaviour, colour coordination, and fit development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial fashion collections and technical design work.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
