• Responsible for connecting with potential and existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify opportunities. 
• Develop and implement sales targeting strategies and product plans. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential KOLs.
• Manage documentation and allocation of goods.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrated track record (2-3 years preferred) in business development, sales, or a related field. 
• Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and bargaining tactics. 
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. 
• Proficient in conducting market research and competitive analysis. 
• Self-driven, target-focused, and motivated by achieving outcomes. 
• Capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently. 
• Excellent at troubleshooting and readily adaptable. 
• Openness to occasional travel requirements. 
• Effective under pressure and excels in dynamic settings. 
• Candidate with proficiency in Chinese and Malay language will be prioritised.
