Job Description

•  Lead the video editing process from raw footage to final polished content across platforms (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
   
• Work closely with creative, marketing & social teams to translate ideas into engaging video content
   
• Cut, trim, color grade, add transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, music — you know the drill!
   
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and resonates with target audience
   
• Suggest and execute improvements based on performance insights (e.g. retention rate, view-through rate)
   
• Manage and maintain organized project files and asset libraries
   
• Stay on top of video trends, editing styles & platform best practices (especially TikTok/Instagram)
   

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a video editor, preferably in content, beauty, fashion or e-commerce
   
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
   
• Creative storytelling skills — short-form, fast-paced, emotionally engaging
   
• A strong reel/portfolio of past work (must submit)
   
• Ability to direct or shoot content, basic animation or motion design
   
• Team lead experience
