Job Description

  •  Team Leadership & Management:
     
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving excellence.

  • Sales Strategy Development:
     
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and promotional activities.

  • Client Relationship Management:
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
     
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure consistent progress toward meeting sales targets.

  • Training & Development:
     
  • Identify skills gaps and provide ongoing training to the sales team to ensure their success.
  • Keep the team informed on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to stay competitive.

  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
     
  • Work closely with the customer support, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales processes.
  • Assist in product development and feedback loops to align sales efforts with customer needs.
