Job Description

  •  Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
     
  • Manage and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
     
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
     
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
     
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
     
  • Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
     
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments when required.
     
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
     
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
     
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
     
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
     
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
     
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
     
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
