About the Role

MerchantSpring is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Executive to manage and expand our portfolio of integration partners. In this role, you will focus on nurturing existing relationships, driving user adoption, and ensuring a seamless experience for our integration partners and their clients. 

You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimise partner engagement, maximise user onboarding, and minimise client churn. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing integration partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction 
  • Collaborate with integration partners to onboard new users, providing training and support throughout the process 
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, best practice guides, and support resources tailored for integration partners 
  • Support the partners' sales teams with pitches, demos and RFP’s
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to address partner feedback and continuously improve the integration experience 
  • Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand partnership value 
  • Ensure program compliance and address any partner issues proactively 

KPIs

  • Successfully onboard 10 new organisations from each integration partner per month
  • Maintain integration partner client churn from integration partners at 1% or lower

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or account executive roles
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills 
  • Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or startup environments strongly preferred 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with integration or partner management platforms 
  • Comfortable using AI tools 
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage your own workflow 
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in working with international clients preferred
