About the Role
MerchantSpring is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partnership Executive to manage and expand our portfolio of integration partners. In this role, you will focus on nurturing existing relationships, driving user adoption, and ensuring a seamless experience for our integration partners and their clients.
You’ll work closely with Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimise partner engagement, maximise user onboarding, and minimise client churn. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.
