Job Description

We are seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of Manager/Asst Manager in our Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Division based in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates should have 3-5 years experience in Corporate Finance with a licensed Investment Bank or Brokerage

Responsibilities

• Draft submissions/announcements/circulars/prospectus and ensure disclosures therein are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collate and analyse financial, economic and other information extracted from annual reports/announcements and other publicly available sources. Collaborate with clients to understand their business and processes.
• Assist the team leader to prepare schemes, presentation papers and pitch books.
• Support the team in the conduct of due diligence and verification of data, statements and other information to be disclosed to ensure its validity, accuracy and completeness and are not misleading.
• Assist in administrative matters such as overseeing timely billings and collection of fees.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Actuarial Science/Economics/Engineering/Law or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Candidates with relevant experience of 3-5 years in Corporate Finance for a licensed Investment Bank or Brokerage
• Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with strong research and computing skills (at a minimum knowledge of Word and Excel).
• Developed interpersonal skills, results oriented mindset, positive attitude with high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong command of English (both verbal and written). Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
