Job Description
- Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily F&B operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Supervise and support service staff during daily operations and events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain food, beverage and service quality standards.
- Conduct staff briefing, assign duties and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and company SOPs.
- Assist in monitoring stock usage, inventory control and operational requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
- Support the execution of banquets, functions and special events.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Able to supervise, guide and motivate a team effectively.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene standards and SOP compliance.
- Possess Food Handler Training Certificate and valid Typhoid vaccination.
- Knowledge of Halal requirements and food handling practices will be an added advantage.
- Possess HACCP / food safety certification will be an added advantage.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Malaysian Malay candidates are encouraged to apply to support Halal compliance requirements.
