Job Description

•  Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily F&B operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. 
• Supervise and support service staff during daily operations and events. 
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain food, beverage and service quality standards. 
• Conduct staff briefing, assign duties and monitor team performance. 
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards and company SOPs. 
• Assist in monitoring stock usage, inventory control and operational requirements. 
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally. 
• Support the execution of banquets, functions and special events. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage or related field. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role. 
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. 
• Able to supervise, guide and motivate a team effectively. 
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, hygiene standards and SOP compliance. 
• Possess Food Handler Training Certificate and valid Typhoid vaccination. 
• Knowledge of Halal requirements and food handling practices will be an added advantage. 
• Possess HACCP / food safety certification will be an added advantage. 
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. 
• Malaysian Malay candidates are encouraged to apply to support Halal compliance requirements.
