Internship Opportunity: Wellness Centre Operations & Client Experience

Location: Johor Bahru,R&F MALL , Johor Allowance: RM 750 – RM 1,500 / month

Are you passionate about the health and wellness industry? We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric intern to join our dynamic wellness centre in Johor Bahru. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in both business operations and client care within a thriving wellness environment.

What You Will Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and customer-centric environm.
• Coordinate Schedules: Manage and optimize therapist and client appointment schedules to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
• Support Therapy Systems: Assist the team in managing, organizing, and improving our therapy experience systems to maximize client satisfaction.
• Administer Evaluations: Assist in operating and administering client evaluation systems to help track and maintain wellness progress records.

What You Will Learn

• Operational Management: Gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of a commercial wellness centre.
• Client Relationship Management: Learn how to communicate effectively, handle client feedback, and build lasting relationships.
• System Administration: Develop technical and administrative skills by learning the ins and outs of specialized evaluation and booking software.

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is an advantage in English OR Mandarin (Chinese) is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
• Personality: A customer-centric mindset with a friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor.
• Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks such as scheduling and system administration.
• Drive: Eager to learn, hands-on, and proactive in taking on new challenges.
