As a builder on our accounting team you'll set up clear bookkeeping routines, create repeatable reporting, and help scale finance processes as our product volumes grow.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Record daily transactions and maintain ledgers to ensure books are up to date and accurate.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, handle vendor invoices, and prepare payments on schedule.

Reporting & Controls

• Prepare basic monthly reports and support month-end close tasks to give clearer financial visibility.
• Perform bank reconciliations and help maintain internal controls to reduce errors.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Help document accounting procedures and suggest small improvements to increase efficiency.
• Work with procurement and operations to resolve discrepancies and streamline invoice workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in accounting are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic bookkeeping, journal entries, and familiarity with AP/AR processes.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and familiar with common accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and basic SST or tax concepts relevant in Malaysia.

• Organised and detail-oriented, able to spot and correct small errors quickly.
• Clear communicator who works well with teammates and follows documented procedures.
• Curious and coachable, open to learning new finance tools and processes.
