As a builder on our Commercial & Operations team, you will set up practical sales and operations routines that scale as we grow, and help turn early ideas into repeatable workflows you can point to.

• Develop operational know-how across order fulfilment and vendor coordination, broadening your technical and logistics skills.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Commercial & Revenue Growth

• Qualify leads, keep the CRM current, and prepare clear proposals and quotes to help move deals forward.
• Support pricing, manage contract administration, and handle basic negotiation to protect margins and keep customers satisfied.

Operations & Fulfilment

• Coordinate order processing, track inventory, and arrange shipments to meet delivery targets and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers and service partners to resolve delivery issues and control operational costs.

Data, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain straightforward commercial and operational reports so the team can track KPIs and make informed decisions.
• Identify small process gaps and help implement improvements to reduce errors and speed up cycles.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Open to fresh graduates or interns; 0 years of work experience is acceptable.
• Diploma or degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic CRM usage and familiarity with sales or pipeline tracking tools.
• Comfortable with spreadsheet work, data entry, and simple analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of inventory concepts, order processing, and vendor coordination.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and with external partners.
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn practical operations and commercial tasks on the job.
