<h3>What We Are Looking For</h3>
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Accounts &amp; Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in financial management, strong multitasking abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, coordinating administrative functions, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:

<li>Manage the day-to-day operations and general administration of the office.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.</li>
<li>Provide quality customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions.</li>
<li>Prepare and issue quotations and sales orders.</li>
<li>Process and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of documents and provide support during audits.</li>
<li>Handle and coordinate berth booking arrangements with relevant authorities and stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.</li>
