About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to support our Research & Development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in product development, laboratory activities, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration within the food industry.
Key Responsibities:
● Assist in conducting research and experiments related to ongoing R&D projects
● Support the R&D team in developing prototypes for testing new product concepts.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new product development.
● Help maintain lab equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed.
● Assist in performing QC and QC related activities (e.g., inspections of raw materials and finished goods)
● Assist in production processes and workflows to ensure compliance with established standards.
● Collaborate with the production team to address any quality related issues.
● Help ensure compliance with safety regulations, and internal quality requirements.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Passionate about food product development, quality, and innovation.
- Willing to work in both laboratory and production environments.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in taking on new challenges.
