Our Culture

&nbsp;We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, working closely with sales, trade marketing, and digital teams to drive both online and offline growth.

<li>Develop proposals, plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events that drive traffic, brand awareness, and conversion.</li>
<li>Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) – content creation, posting schedules, engagement, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to propose new strategies.</li>
<li>Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).</li>
<li>Prepare monthly marketing reports and event recap summaries to evaluate effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide insights for improvement.</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze marketing reports to measure campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Support product launches, sampling events, roadshows, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day brand communication materials including flyers, posters, and POSM.</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.</li>
<li>Coordinate content calendars across social media, e-commerce platforms, and CRM tools.</li>
<li>Assist in creating and scheduling posts, EDMs, and basic copywriting.</li>
<li>Track and report performance of digital campaigns (engagement, leads, ROAS).</li>
<li>Support in-store activations, displays, and promotions with retailers.</li>
<li>Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in trade channels.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers, printers, and agencies for timely delivery of materials. </li>
