Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly motivated a Sales Support Executive to join our team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will be in a pleasant work culture environment, supporting clients, mainly from the APAC region and involved in providing “Green” solutions to international clienteles. You will also have the opportunity to learn more on Sustainability Reporting (ESG), Carbon Accounting, and Green Ship Recycling. This role supports the growth and expansion of the company and all business processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support and coordinating with various internal stakeholders, Sales team and Operations team.

- Participating in customer negotiations if required.

- Maintaining Salesforce CRM and other system information that’s relevant to the support function.

- Support and attend exhibitions/seminars.

- Assist & generate Monthly reporting of plans and activities.

- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Line Manager


Job Requirements

 Requirements

- Candidate shall possess a NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

- Preferably 3 years of working experience in task related to complex sales activities, but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

- A strong team player with good communication and administrative skills, at the same time being meticulous.

- Has a systematic and organised approach to work.

- Possess a “Can-Do” attitude and has a proactive approach to work.

- Understanding and willingness to learn about existing and possible after sales business.

- Possess excellent PC literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Having experience with CRM software will be advantageous.

- Able to communicate (verbal/written) soundly in English is a must. Candidates with literacy skill of other foreign languages will be highly regarded.

- Available to travel overseas (if required to support and attend exhibitions and seminars).
