Job Description

  • Collect, organize, and update property information, including photos, pricing, and key details.
     
  • Coordinate communication between landlords, buyers/tenants, and the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
     
  • Assist the sales team in preparing, reviewing, and processing contracts, tenancy agreements, and related documents.
     
  • Support the team with after-sales activities, including follow-ups, documentation, and client service.
     
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client databases.
     
  • Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and organizing files.
     
  • Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
     
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the real estate industry.
     
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and landlords.
     
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
     
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
     
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
     
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
