The Accounting Manager oversees all activities of the accounting and tax accounting for the Firm's strata property management clients (Joint Management Body, Management Corporation, Housebuyers Association) and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities/ cost analyses/ budgetary/ Council monthly meeting/ internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all clients' accounting matters. The candidate is additionally expected to oversee any outsourced accounting service providers appointed by the clients to ensure the deliverables by these service providers are complete and on time.
The Accounting Manager shall report to the Group Directors.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with prior working experience in property management (accounting) field would have strong prospect of being employed.
Able to lead a team (HQ account support) to ensure the clients' (Joint Management Body/ Management Corporation/ Housebuyers Association) management accounts are delivered on time and within budget.
Must be able to communicate with clients on all estate/ building's accounting matters including budgetary and tax.
Posess high level of integrity, drive, commitment as well as able to work independently in all tasks given.
