Job Description
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude
- Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Maintains inventories by replenishing beverage supplies; stocking & maintaining supplies, for all beverages
- General service duties (preparation for opening & closing)
- Ability to stand for several hours during operation time
- Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Work quickly and under time constraints will be advised during the interview
Job Requirements
- Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to join
- Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit
- Be able to communicate in Malay
- Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
- Own transportation to/from work location
- Must have valid Typhoid & Food Handlers Certificate
