Job Description

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude
• Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Maintains inventories by replenishing beverage supplies; stocking & maintaining supplies, for all beverages
• General service duties (preparation for opening & closing)
• Ability to stand for several hours during operation time
• Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
• Work quickly and under time constraints 

Job Requirements

• Possess SPM or equivalent F&B Certification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to join
• Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit
• Be able to communicate in Malay
• Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
• Own transportation to/from work location
• Must have valid Typhoid & Food Handlers Certificate
