Data Analyst (Machine Learning & Automation)

You’ll analyze business data, optimize workflows, and explore how predictive models can enhance performance, efficiency, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Perform both preliminary and advanced data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies using Excel, SQL, and Python. Present findings through reports and dashboards to guide business strategies.
   
• Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and maintain datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
   
• Automation & Process Optimization: Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement automation to streamline reporting and analytics tasks.
   
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, marketing, and technical teams to design and deploy data-driven solutions.
   
• Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics: Explore and implement AI/ML models to drive deeper insights and improve performance outcomes.
   
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging tools and methods in analytics, automation, and AI to continuously improve data capabilities.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
   
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, automation, risk management, or fraud detection (intern experience considered).
   
• Proficient in Excel (VBA, Power Query), SQL, and Python.
   
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
   
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
   
• Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation through data and technology.
