Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Internship)

Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Kuala Lumpur

About the Role

Join our HR team as a Recruitment Intern and gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment process.
You’ll support our recruiters in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while learning how modern HR systems and data reporting support business hiring needs.

This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in candidate sourcing and pre-screening based on job requirements.
   
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
   
• Prepare and organize offer letters, employment documents, and other HR correspondence.
   
• Support background checks and reference verifications.
   
• Learn and operate HR systems for recruitment tracking and candidate management.
   
• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly hiring reports for management review.
   
• Maintain proper candidate databases and ensure data confidentiality.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
   
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
   
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
   
• Able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship (longer duration preferred).
