Address: Level 2, PT 5389, Jalan Panchang Bedena, 45300 Sungai Besar, Selangor

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • 1 Day Off Per Week

Who can apply?

  •  Female candidates only
    • Diploma / Degree students in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Workspace
    • Well-organised, responsible & good time management
    • Able to handle confidential documents properly
    • Detail-oriented, positive attitude & eager to learn
    • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English
    • Able to commit minimum 4 months (full-time internship)

What you’ll be doing

  •  Assist with daily admin & clerical tasks
    • Help with invoices, filing & payment tracking
    • Maintain HR & financial records
    • Data entry using Excel / SQL
    • Support office operations & staff requests
    • Assist in document preparation & reporting
    • Help manage employee records, claims & leave
    • Support audit & month-end closing tasks

 Important Note
Accommodation / hostel is not provided. Interns are required to arrange their own accommodation.

Job Requirements

 Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
1–2 years HR experience is a plus (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
• Familiar with Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Able to handle HR documents confidentially
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Good communication in BM & English
• Organised, responsible & able to work independently or in a team
• Experience in attendance, leave & basic payroll is an advantage
