Job Description

 

This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Intern at MHub. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and internal teams by creating clear, user-friendly resources and assisting with frontline support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, problem-solving, and helping users succeed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Write and maintain knowledge base articles and guides that are simple, clear, and easy to follow
  • Review and improve existing user guide content to ensure accuracy and better readability
  • Assist Level 1 support by responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating when needed
  • Create and log service tickets in our support system to track client issues and requests
  • Prepare regular reports on support trends, ticket volumes, and customer feedback

Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve client experience and product adoption
 


Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Interest in customer success, product support, or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Mandarin/Malay a plus).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand platform functionalities and explain them to clients.
