As a Finance Intern you'll help build and scale our core finance processes, from transaction recording to basic reporting, so our growing team can make clearer business decisions.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Process day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions and support invoice management.
• Assist with bank and cash reconciliation to keep books accurate.

Reporting & Analysis

• Support bookkeeping and prepare basic financial summaries for monthly reviews.
• Help compile data for corporate financial reporting and ad hoc financial requests.

Team Support & Admin

• Provide administrative support to the finance team including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Collaborate with product and operations to gather transactional information and improve simple processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, Corporate Financial Reporting, and Administrative Support.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools for data entry and reconciliation.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with good attention to detail and a willingness to ask questions.
• Reliable team player who manages time well and follows through on assigned tasks.
