Job Description

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to drive our developer engagement efforts. You will play a crucial role in driving MHub’s growth by acquiring and managing relationships with property developers, agencies, and financial institutions. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real estate agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Present and pitch MHub’s solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align business strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub’s presence in the PropTech ecosystem.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to property, developer, or banking background ; though strong candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. We also welcome applications from Fresh Graduates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for technology, real estate, and business development.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
