Internship (Work From Home) Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok Customer Support E-commerce executive

Job Description

  • Manage multiple accounts on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok which includes replying chat, responding & follow up with clients inquiries, managing return/refund disputes, setting up promotions/vouchers/campaigns and uploading product listings with basic cover photo editing using Canva.
  • Schedule daily posting (videowill be provided) on shopee videos.
  • Uploading new products by using simple editing Canva in selling platdorm like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.
  • Utilize warehouse ERP system to generate manual orders, create new SKUs into system & manage inbound lists.
  • Perform admin job like issuing invoice by using accounting software, data entry & compilation, download and sort invoices and files into designated Dropbox folders.


Job Requirements

- Trilingual proficiency is a must; must be able to type, read, and converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with buyers in a professional and courteous manner.  

- Added advantage if possessed the experience in managing sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok & editing software Canva.
- Multi-tasking and quick learner capable of grasping product features and recommending appropriate products to clients.

-Responsible and can work under minimal supervision with high self-dicipline
