<li>Manage multiple accounts on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok which includes replying chat, responding &amp; follow up with clients inquiries, managing return/refund disputes, setting up promotions/vouchers/campaigns and uploading product listings with basic cover photo editing using Canva.</li>
<li>Schedule daily posting (videowill be provided) on shopee videos.</li>
<li>Uploading new products by using simple editing Canva in selling platdorm like Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok.</li>
<li>Utilize warehouse ERP system to generate manual orders, create new SKUs into system &amp; manage inbound lists.</li>
<li>Perform admin job like issuing invoice by using accounting software, data entry &amp; compilation, download and sort invoices and files into designated Dropbox folders.</li>
</ul>

This job is an internship for e-commerce customer support where you&#x27;ll help manage accounts on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You might like this job because it&#x27;s flexible, involves creative tasks like editing with Canva, and lets you assist customers!
