Job Description

  • Manage multiple accounts on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok which includes account setup, replying chat, responding & follow up with clients inquiries, managing return/refund disputes, setting up promotions/vouchers/campaigns and uploading product listings with basic cover photo editing using Canva.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram which includes replying chats, schedule daily posting (video/pictures will be provided), copywriting.
  • Utilize warehouse ERP system to generate manual orders, create new SKUs into system & manage inbound lists.
  • Perform admin job like issuing invoice by using accounting software, data entry & compilation, download and sort invoices and files into designated Dropbox folders.
  • Working hours: 9am- 6pm (Mon- Fri), 9am-1pm (Saturday)

Job Requirements

- Must be available to begin work immediately.
- A minimum of a university bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in managing sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok & social media platform such as Instagram & Facebook is essential.
- Trilingual proficiency is a must; must be able to type, read, and converse in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Excellent customer service skills to engage with buyers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Multi-tasking and quick learner capable of grasping product features and recommending appropriate products to clients.

-Responsible and can work under minimal supervision with high self-dicipline
