Job Description

• Agency and Host Recruitment: Actively seek out and recruit potential agencies and hosts in Malaysia to join the app platform.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies and hosts, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Talent Development: Work closely with agencies and anchors to identify and develop top-tier talent, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain agencies and anchors, ensuring their long-term success on the platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external teams to promote the platform, its features, and events, providing support to hosts and agencies.
• Platform Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and success of the platform in Malaysia through effective partnerships and talent development.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in at least two of the following languages: Malay, English, and Chinese.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the voice or live-streaming industry.
• Network: Possess a strong network of Malay hosts and agencies within the industry.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and teams.
• Social Media Expertise: A strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in the live-streaming industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
