Job Description

As a BD Intern, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying new opportunities, working with creators and brands, and supporting strategic partnerships. Your responsibilities include:

✅ Market Research & Lead Generation

• Identify potential partners, influencers, brands, and agencies in the livestreaming space.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential collaboration opportunities.

✅ Partner Outreach & Relationship Management

• Assist in reaching out to content creators, KOLs, and potential clients.
• Support negotiations and onboarding of new partners.
• Help maintain relationships with existing streamers and partners.

✅ Campaign Support & Performance Tracking

• Assist in executing and optimizing livestreaming campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, viewer retention).
• Provide insights and reports on BD activities.

✅ Administrative & Operational Support

• Manage databases and keep track of business development activities.
• Support the BD team in proposal writing, presentations, and other documentation.
• Assist with event planning, networking sessions, and industry collaborations.

Job Requirements

✅ Students or fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
✅ Passionate about livestreaming, social media, and digital entertainment.
✅ Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
✅ Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Experience with livestreaming entertainment industry is a plus.
✅ Proficiency in English and [Mandarin/Malay] is a bonus (to communicate with local streamers and agencies).
