Job Description
- Maintain good relationship with SVIP users
- Analyze and understand user’s preference and promote them with suitable strategy/events to boost recharge
- Follow up SVIP users inquiries and provide good service to solve issues in app
- Increase user engagement and their monthly recharge amount
- Research on competitive apps events/policies and recruit spenders from other apps
- Maintain a database with up-to-date SVIP users information
- Conduct regular data analysis of users recharge and identify follow up strategy
Job Requirements
- Familiar with live streaming app
- People person: Able to connect with users
- Good service mindset to create customer engagement
- Good at data operation, such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet
- Self-motivated, highly-responsible.
- Good analytical thinking and communication skill
