Job Description

  •  Maintain good relationship with SVIP users
  • Analyze and understand user’s preference and promote them with suitable strategy/events to boost recharge 
  • Follow up SVIP users inquiries and provide good service to solve issues in app
  • Increase user engagement and their monthly recharge amount 
  • Research on competitive apps events/policies and recruit spenders from other apps
  • Maintain a database with up-to-date SVIP users information
  • Conduct regular data analysis of users recharge and identify follow up strategy  

Job Requirements

  • Familiar with live streaming app
  • People person: Able to connect with users 
  • Good service mindset to create customer engagement
  •  Good at data operation, such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet 
  • Self-motivated, highly-responsible.
  • Good analytical thinking and communication skill
