Artists Management Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the artistes & shows related engagement activities
• Research & propose creative ideas for our artists’ performance
• Develop good contacts & relationship to enhance potentials
• Coordination for all clients’ needs to ensure smooth flow of execution & events
• Keep informed of industry new trends, ideas & deals
• Preparation of creative proposals in response to requirements and clients expectations
• Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from all parties involved

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, social-able, good presentation skills, preferably can speak Mandarin
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required 
• Aggressive, Dynamic and able to work independently 
• Must have a great command of spoken/ written English
• Creative and able to think out of the box concepts
• Must have own transport, willing to travel local & overseas
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects
